AT THE CORE OF THE BLADE
Core with high-density HR3 rubber, with the greatest memory effect, thus achieving greater power when hitting.
IN THE FRAME OF THE SHOVEL
Carbon Frame: Using this material in the frames gives more rigidity and durability to the frame and the blade in general.
Dynamic Composit Structure: By applying more material from the frame up to four centimeters inside the face, we minimize the difference in hardness between the frame and the face.
In this way, when the ball is hit with the outer parts of the paddle, we minimize the possible cutting of the fibers that could occur when the rubber sinks.
ON THE FACE OF THE SHOVEL
3K Fiber Carbon: 3K fabric is achieved by interlacing the fiber threads into small squares.
In our case we use a 3K fiber with a higher grammage than normal carbon fiber, achieving greater durability for the product.
Rough surface on the last layer of the blade face. It can be made using pre-molded plastic material or with a coating of low-grammage silica sand.
This roughness allows for hits with greater effect.
